We run the intake, match the client to the right coach, handle scheduling, run the sessions, process the payments, and support the client for as long as they stay. You never build a product, answer a support ticket, or issue a refund.

It depends almost entirely on how urgent your audience is, and the spread is enormous. A personal recommendation to people in an active crisis — your buyer list, a video about getting an ex back — can convert at 20–30% of clickthroughs. A link dropped into general relationship-tips content is closer to 1%. Traffic volume matters far less than whether the reader is struggling right now.
The way you normally talk to your audience. Honest, first-person recommendations do the work — explain why an outside perspective helps, and that a certified coach who has seen the situation before can help them through it. There is no one right format, and there is no approval process for your copy. Our About page and reviews are good places to pull specifics from.
Generally we run commission-per-signup only, and for traffic that converts it usually pays more than a sponsorship would have. Once you have shown you can send consistently good traffic, we are happy to talk about sponsored placements, custom landing pages and other bespoke deals.
Nothing happens to you. Your commission is paid up front and we do not claw it back. Refunds are rare enough that we simply absorb them. Obviously we will close an account that sets out to abuse that.

No, but be realistic about the math. At $200 a client, a partner sending a few clients a month is earning a useful side income; a partner mailing a large, urgent buyer list is earning a living. Tell us your actual scale on the application form and we will tell you honestly what to expect.
